FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What is your turnaround time?
    Turnaround time is typically 10 business days after quote approval.
  • What kind of art do you accept?
    Vector art is the best, but we accept PDFs, PNGs, and JPEGs (if they are not too detailed). For Adobe Illustrator files, convert text to outlines on a solid or negative background. However, you do not have to have a print-ready design. Our artists can turn your sketch or idea into a masterpiece!
  • Do you do patches?
    Though we do not make patches in house, we have vendors we can contact to order your custom patches.
  • Do you have a minimum?
    For screen printing, the minimum order is twelve. There is no minimum for embroidery, but quantity affects pricing for all custom products.
  • How much are shirts?
    There is no set price for shirts- contact a sales rep to discuss specific pricing for the quantity, type of shirt, and design that best fit your needs.
  • Payment
    For new customers we require a deposit of 50% up front before we order any garments or begin artwork. This also being your turn around of time of 10 business days after the initial deposit. The remainder of your balance can be paid any time before you receive your goods but is required by the due date listed on your invoice.
