AKD owners Greg Shafer and Pat Atkins each have over 20 years of experience in screenprinting, embroidery, and other advertising specialty products. Their experience with licensed collegiate apparel includes Alabama State, Auburn University, Troy University, and the University of Alabama. AKD also provides teamwear for all kinds of local youth sports and activities, schools, churches, businesses and other organizations.

The AKD organization also includes a new Prattville location and e-commerce and fulfillment capabilities.

Prattville office/e-commerce manager Gary Smith has an extensive background in marketing and web development. He's also been in the screenprinting, embroidery, and advertising specialty business for 14 years.
